IPC-A-600 certification Trainer

In this course the participants are qualified to be in charge of the internal training of operators who perform quality control on printed circuit boards. The program is built on the "train the trainer" model.

The training program provides a detailed review of the IPC-A-600 criteria and concludes with a qualifying examination. Those who pass the exam are recognized as "IPC-A-600 Certified IPC Trainers" and receive instructional materials to use in "Application Specialist" training.

The training program contains:

• Printed board product classifications and acceptance criteria
• Base material surface and subsurface conditions, such as measling/crazing
• Solder resist coverage over conductors and registration to lands
• Dielectric material criteria for etchback, voids and resin recession
• Plated through hole requirements for copper plating thickness, voids, nodules and cracks
• Acceptance criteria for flexible, rigid-flex and metal core printed boards
• Etc.

The course is especially designed for engineers in production and quality, constructors and operators who are to be able to document knowledge of how to instruct operators according to  specifications of IPC-A-600.


Price per participant: DKK 12.400 including course materials (IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, instructors guide with CD-Rom, instructors manual, examination kit etc.), refreshments and lunch.
