Temperature and humidity test

To ensure that your product can withstand the environmental challenges it is exposed to in real life, HYTEK can, according to specifications, carry out tests that document this. Cyclic temperature test from -70°C to +180°C with up to 15°C/min. and temperature chock test from -80°C to +220°C. Cyclic humidity test can be carried out from +10 °C to +95 °C in humidity area from 10 % r. h. to 98 % r. h.

Example of standards for temperature and humidity test:

  • MIL-STD-883
  • MIL-STD-810
  • EN/IEC 60068-2-14
  • EN/IEC 60068-2-27
  • EN/IEC 60068-2-30
  • EN/IEC 60068-2-38
  • ECSS-Q-ST-70-60C
  • ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C
  • ESCC-2566000

Temperature and humidity test can, for example, be used for examination and analysis of:

  • Components
    • Resistance to e.g. high, low or cyclic temperature
    • Resistance to humidity, including cyclic humidity (condensing)
  • PCB
    • Resistance to e.g. high, low or cyclic temperature
    • Resistance to humidity, including cyclic humidity (condensing)
