IPC WHMA-A-620 certification trainer 
 

In this course the participants are qualified to be in charge of the internal training of operators who perform quality control of cable connections. The programme is built on ”train the trainer” model.

The training programme provides a detailed review of the IPC WHMA-A-620 criteria and concludes with a qualifying examination. Those who pass the exam are recognized as "IPC WHMA-A-620 Certified IPC Trainers" and receive instructional materials to use in Application Specialist training.

The programme includes:
  • Cable and wire dimensioning, tolerances and preparation
  • Crimp terminations
    • Manual and automatical 
       
  • Insulation displacement connections (IDC)
  • Ultrasonic welding
  • Soldered terminations
  • Splices
  • Connectorization
  • Molding and potting
  • Marking and labeling
  • Co-ax and twin-ax assembly
  • Wire bundle securing
  • Shielding
The course is especially designed for engineers in production and quality, constructors and operators who are to be able to document knowledge of how to instruct operators according to specifications of IPC WHMA-A-620.


Price per participant: DKK 17.600 including course materials (IPC WHMA-A-620, instructors guide with CD-Rom, instructors manual, examination kit), refreshments and lunch.
