The certification provides participants with the practical skills as well as the theoretical knowledge needed to perform crimping operations in accordance with ESA requirements. 

The certification is based on ECSS-Q-ST-70-26 "Crimping of high-reliability electrical connections". 

The practical part of the certification focuses on strengthening the practical skills and techniques necessary to perform crimping according to ESA requirements.
